One Breath, Infinite Choices

One Breath, 7" x 3", Encaustic on panel

Think about when you made the decision to get yourself out of bed this morning.

Think about the very next breath you took.

What did it sound like?

Was it an exhausted exasperation?

A resigned sigh?

A controlled inhalation followed by a determined exhalation?

An energetic pulse of a breath?

That breath told you everything about where you were yesterday.  It set the stage for this moment right now, this one in which you scroll through these words.  But you decide the dance.

What does your breath sound like right now?

What do you want it to sound like when you finally stop hitting snooze tomorrow morning?

Always a choice.  Our breath reminds us.

Namaste.
