Today, I paint.

I realized yesterday that one of the things Total Alignment did for me was create an earthquake within the ground underneath my shoulds.

Do you know how fun, how free-ing, how purpose-filled painting without "shoulds" feels?

Have you felt how delicious yoga is - simply moving the body, breath, and awareness - when there is an absence of "shoulds"?

Have you real-ized how rich a life can be when lived and led by spirit and soul instead of by "shoulds"?

I wish it for all of us.
